Shipping Assistance

Shipping a bicycle doesn’t have to be intimidating. We’ve distilled the process into a few simple steps:

• Gently disassemble pedals, handlebars and wheels if needed. Protect delicate parts with foam tubing, pipe insulation or bubble wrap.
• Wrap the frame securely and use a purpose‑built bike box. You can purchase one from a shop or reuse the box your own bike arrives in.
• Print the prepaid shipping label you purchased through Wheel Horse. Our volume discounts will save you money compared to walk‑in rates.
• Drop the box at the carrier or schedule a pickup. Keep the tracking number handy and share it with your buyer.

If you’d prefer not to pack the bike yourself, we offer concierge services through select bike shops. Reach out and we can arrange professional packing and shipping on your behalf.

Shipping Policy

All shipments are fully insured up to the declared value of the bicycle. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Wheel Horse partners with reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery times range from 3–8 business days within the continental United States.

Return Policy

All sales are considered final. However, if your bike arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with both buyer and seller to find a fair resolution. Wheel Horse reserves the right to withhold commission or refund shipping costs at our discretion.
