Wheel Horse facilitates peer‑to‑peer sales of bicycles. We charge a 10% commission on the final sale price of any item sold through our marketplace. This commission helps us provide secure payment processing, content moderation, customer support and shipping assistance.
All user‑generated content including listings, posts and reviews must be suitable for all ages. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any content that contains profanity, hate speech, violence, illegal items or otherwise violates our guidelines.
For your safety and the integrity of our marketplace, we require you to verify your email address when submitting listings, posts or reviews. An email with a verification link will be sent to the address provided. Unverified content will not be published.
All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from the description. In such cases, buyers must notify us within 7 days. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise noted. Sellers agree to properly package their bikes and use a tracked and insured service. Wheel Horse may assist with labels and packaging guidance but is not liable for carrier delays or damage.
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected on this site is used solely to provide our services (e.g., verifying your account, processing transactions, contacting you about your listing). We never sell your information to third parties.
Wheel Horse provides this platform as a convenience for buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users except for collecting commission and assisting with shipping. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of items listed. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the commission fees paid to us in connection with the transaction from which liability arises.
To protect buyers and sellers, all payments must be processed through our approved methods: Stripe, PayPal, Cash App and Venmo. We do not handle or accept cash, cheques or money orders. Payment details are securely handled by the respective provider and subject to their terms of service.
